The Pay After Placement (PAP) model at Sikkim Skill University (SSU) is a transparent and student-first fee-deferment system designed to make higher education affordable while keeping employability at the core. This model is applicable to MBA, BBA, BCA and MCA programs.
Under PAP, students pay only 60% of the total programme fee during the course duration as per the prescribed schedule. The remaining 40% fee is payable only after securing a confirmed placement, as defined by SSU’s placement policy. Once employed, the deferred amount is repaid through easy EMIs aligned with the student’s salary, reducing financial pressure at the start of a career.
