The Board of Studies (BoS) at Sikkim Skill University is a vital academic body entrusted with upholding and enhancing the academic quality and relevance of programs across disciplines. Each School or Department within the University maintains its own Board of Studies, composed of subject matter experts, senior faculty, and external academicians or industry professionals.

Key Functions of the Board of Studies
  • Teaching and Assessment Frameworks:

    To recommend appropriate teaching methodologies, instructional strategies, and examination structures that promote outcome-based education and student engagement.

  • Panel of Examiners and Paper Setters:

    To prepare and recommend panels of qualified experts for setting question papers and evaluating examinations, maintaining fairness and academic integrity

  • Resource Recommendations:
