To proactively implement preventive strategies by conducting sensitization programs, awareness campaigns, and training sessions that educate the university community about sexual harassment, gender sensitivity, and respectful behavior.
To create a confidential, non-judgmental, and secure platform for individuals to report incidents of sexual harassment and receive the necessary emotional, legal, and procedural support.
To conduct impartial, thorough, and prompt investigations into complaints of sexual harassment, ensuring due process and adherence to the principles of natural justice.
To uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment by holding offenders accountable through appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with university policies and statutory guidelines.
